About dulkin
One Product. Every Ingredient. No Small Print.
We are not going to tell you menopause is a gift, or that eleven plants will fix it. We are going to tell you exactly what is in the bottle, how long it takes, and what happens if it does not work for you.
Why we exist
The aisle was not built for you
Around 47 million women a year arrive at menopause, and most of them get the same three words: it is normal. Which is true, and completely useless. Normal does not help you at 3 a.m. on your second change of sheets, or in a meeting you have suddenly lost the thread of, wondering why nobody warned you this was part of it.
So women go looking. And the aisle they land in is not built for them. On one side, prescription hormone therapy - right for a great many women, not appropriate or not available for plenty of others, and a conversation to have with a doctor rather than a shopping decision. On the other, a wall of bottles with soft photography and the words proprietary blend printed where the amounts should be.
Proprietary blend is a legal way of saying we would rather you did not know. It lets a brand list eleven impressive-sounding botanicals and include a meaningful amount of none of them. You cannot compare it to anything else. You cannot show it to your pharmacist and get a straight answer. You cannot even tell whether it was worth the money until after you have spent it.
We built dulkin for the women who had already worked that out, and were tired of it.
If we are not willing to print the amount on the label, we are not willing to sell it to you.
What we hold to
Three commitments, and what they cost us
Easy to write on a website. Genuinely inconvenient to keep, which is how you can tell they are real.
Everything on the label
All eleven botanicals are named, with their amounts. Not a blend, not a matrix, not a complex. A list you can take to your pharmacist and have an actual conversation about - including the parts a competitor could copy.
No hormones, no quiet substitutes
No estrogen, no progesterone, and nothing synthetic doing their job under a different name. The phytoestrogens in Her Daily are plant compounds from soy, red clover and wild yam. That is a different thing, and we will not blur the two to make the sale easier.
Only claims we can defend
Botanicals traditionally used by women through the change. That is the sentence, and we do not stretch it. No cures, no reversals, and no promises about how you will feel by Friday.

The whole formula
The eleven, by name
Not on a label you can only read once it arrives. Here, before you have spent anything.
Black Cohosh Root
The most widely used botanical in menopause support, and a traditional staple women have turned to for generations.
Dong Quai Root
Known in traditional practice as the women's herb, used through hormonal change.
Soy Isoflavones
Plant phytoestrogens. The reason the label says contains soy, in plain words, on the front.
Red Clover
The other phytoestrogen source in the blend, traditionally paired with soy.
Chasteberry (Vitex) Fruit
Long used to support balance and steady mood through the transition.
Wild Yam Root
A traditional women's botanical used for comfort through the change.
Sage Leaf
The traditional herb for warm moments, used for centuries in exactly this context.
Licorice Root
A supporting botanical in the traditional blend.
Blessed Thistle
A supporting botanical in the traditional blend.
Red Raspberry Leaf
A supporting botanical in the traditional blend.
Trans-Resveratrol
The eleventh, rounding out the formula.
The capsule is vegan cellulose (HPMC). No gelatin, no animal ingredients, no artificial colours and no fillers standing in for something we would rather not name. Contains soy.
The guarantee
120 days, because 30 would be a trick
Botanicals do not work the way a painkiller does. They build. Most women take Her Daily for four to six weeks before they notice much, and it is closer to three months before it is doing everything it does.*
Which makes a 30-day return window a rather convenient thing for a supplement brand to offer. The window shuts before you are in a position to judge. So ours is 120 days: take it properly, and if you do not feel the difference, email us and we refund you in full. There is no bottle to post back, no form to fill in, and nobody on the other end trained to talk you out of it.
- No bottle to return
- No restocking fee
- One email is the whole process
- Refunded in full
